Day Two, complete! Just barely shy of Tuesday’s run, but I explored beyond my apartment complex (vs just looping around in circles like a crazy woman!). This was actually a lot more fun! It was more difficult because I was in full sun and about 15-20 degrees hotter than Tuesday, plus I have shin splints and a periodic ache in the back of my one knee. Definitely ice, ibuprofen, and stretching for the next two days. Then tackling running in Ohio!! Although that may wait til Sunday. Yay!
